About the Application:

The video is a demonstation of the production of double heads PPR pipe fittings which include the brass nuts sorting, layout, brass auto-insertion, parts picking and runner cutting. For culients of higher quality requirement a vision control unit can be integrated into the automation system.

To ensure the precision of the pipe fittings, the mold design high light the cooling system to ensure that the two heads connector would be in the right stable size with correct shrinkage rate after mold opening.

As an injection mold to be desinged for an automation system, the structure designed perfectly take the moving of the robot EOAT in the mold to ensure that the robotic arm would be able to pick the parts and insert the brass nuts into the mold precisely.
