   The new D series all electric injection molding machine by Welltec machinery is an injection molding machine designed for precise injection with high productivity. In this project it's producing the luer lock which is a protective cap for syringe. The total cycle time is 12s with robot and the weight of the part is 0.6g/pcs. With ultra rigid structure, the deformation at the hgihest pressure injection is ≤0.05mm with an injection repeatability of ±0.01mm.

   Petri dish is one of the medical parts which requested in big quantity, one sets of the petri dish include one plate + one cover.
