In this project it's producing the luer lock which is a protective cap for syringe. The total cycle time is 12s with robot and the weight of the part is 0.6g/pcs. With ultra rigid structure, the deformation at the hgihest pressure injection is ≤0.05mm with an injection repeatability of ±0.01mm.

   Petri dish is one of the medical parts which requested in big quantity, one sets of the petri dish include one plate + one cover. A stack mold solution for the petri dish will maximize the productivity of the injection molding machine. It's a price smart solutions for petri dish production.
