Abstract: In the demo show JH-WELLTEC Machine India Pvt. Ltd. chose a cold runner mold in production of the chair. The advantage of the cold runner mold is it's lower cost and easier for maintenance but will have a runner to be removed manually or automatically. In this show JH-WELLTEC Machine to have the chair free dropped and the runner removed manually. It's economic but not attracting to visitors in an exhibition.

To provide customer with a more efficient turn-key injection automation solution, the better choice would be to have the injection molding machine equipped with a SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW6712DS-20 which has a payload up to 8kg and could be easilly programmed with EOAT sets to remove the runner automatically.
