About the Application:

This is a special mold designed for the production of IML buckets with handle, different from the regular IML buckets mold design, this mold has the buckets and the handle integrated in the same mold for a fast production of the IML buckets. The SWITEK specially designed SW8 series side entry IML robot will finish the process labeling, buckets picking and handle assembly automatically.

The high light of this mold design is the perfect balance of the mold flow to have the buckets and the handles injected synchronous in the same mould. It's a challange of both the mold structure design and the hot runner control. By now, SWITEK had been successfuly finished the design of the IML system for buckets from 500ml ~ 10L.
