About the Automation Application:
The automation solution in the video is the lamination of the screen in the tablet assembly line with a UNIVERSAL ROBOTS UR 10. The cobot in the system will pick the screen, remove the protect film and have it laminated to the base of the tablet.
The advantage of a cobot is that it's safe because it's slow and the mechanicism of immediate stop when knocked on something. With this mechanicism it's the robot best suitable for the assembly line which request the interactive with human beings.
