SWITEK new 4 cavities side entry IML robot for cheese started up successfully in IML production of IML cheese cups at a cycle time of 6.85s with in mold time of 1.5s.

The feature of the newly installed IML robot is that the stacking unit of the robot is a customized one to enalble the collecting 4 shots of the parts before puting down the IML cheese cups on the conveyor and stacking them.
