India customer is testing their 2 cavities 1L pails mold with SWITEK IML Robot at SWITEK to ensure the success of their new IML project for 2025 season.

The new IML project in testing is a 2 cavities of 1L pails IML solution for the production of 1L IML pails without temper evidence lock and handle. It's a regular container for the ice cream and yogurt with film sealing. The mold is designed for a YIZUMI P250 high speed injection molding machine and tested with a P380 high speed injection molding machine at SWITEK at a cycle time around 12s.

As an automation system to have the injection molding machine, the mold and the IML robot working together, it's important to have the system tested together before delivery.
