SWITEK new side entry IML solution for 2 cavities buckets IML production with handle assembly successfully started in the factory of our customer for bulk production.

The new system started up is the 9th IML system of the same for buckets with handle assembly. As the most economic IMl production solution for the buckets with handle, the system integrated the handle assembly unit to the IML robot to have the handle assembly immediately afte the buckets produced to increase the productivity of the system and reduce the label cost. With different size, it's possible to achieve a total cycle time of only 7s for a 2 cavities system of 1L bucket.

Although it's the most economic way to produce an IML bucket with a handle assembled, but it is not easy to have a stable and efficient system which will provide a continued production of the IML buckets.
