Alarm 44: Mould zone safety signal is abnormal

In take-out rising or decline, mould zone safety or mould close permission is ON.

Solutions:

Please check whether the rising signal is normal.
Please check whether or not the instruction program has been written as a permitted molding process before the take-out side arm returns to the rising position.
The decline standby is used, please check whether the decline standby mode is selected.

To produce a dustbin with different type of labels, a rectangular outside static charging ring is installed for the metallic label static charging. And for the convenience container loading, the body of the IML robot is also a seperatable design, which means that the body of the IML robot can be seperated to two parts during delivery and re-assembled in the workshop of the factory.
