INTRODUCTION

SW6 Series injection robot is a standard 5 axis servo high precision robot designed for the injection molding machine of 50~850T with a payload up to 15kg and dry cycle time around 7~20s. It's suit able for the injection production of small and medium sized parts of household, electronic products, automotive parts picking, in mold insertion, assembly etc. with 3 plates mold or the revised doulbe main arms version for stack mold injetion.

SW6310-20 is an injection robot with a payload up to 3 kg suitable for injection molding machine 150 ~ 320 Ton.

SW6710 is an injection robot with a payload up to 8 kg suitable for injection molding machine 200 ~ 400 Ton.

SW6712 is an injection robot with a payload up to 8 kg suitable for injection molding machine 350 ~ 650 Ton.
