SW2 SERIES SPRUE PICKER

INTRODUCTION

SPRUE PICKER is a pneumatic type swing arm robot for the picking of sprues in the injection production of small items. SWITEK SW2 Series sprue picker is the sprue picking robot designed by GuangDong SWITEK Technology Co., Ltd. for the injection molding machine of 20T ~ 200T with the advantages of:

Pneumatic cylinder driven, price smart solution for sprue picking.
Cylinder cushion arm with all the electric wires protected by wave pipe, ligh weight structure but durable.
Easy configuration of operator/non-operator side installation.
High-rigidity casting components with excellent vibration absorption.
With built-in 20 standard program, and is possible to set up another 79 customized programs for different molds.
