About the UNION PLASTIC ES160

The UNION PLASTIC ES160 is an all electric injection molding machine produced by Honzen Union Plastic (ZheJiang) Machinery co., Ltd. with clamping force of 1600kN. The UNION PLASTIC ES160 all electric inection molding machine has an optional injection speed of 200~350mm/s for standard application or 450~800mm/s for high speed injection applications. For the producer of thin-wall IML containers a high speed configuration with an injection speed of 450~800mm/s would be preferable. With an operning stroke of 430mm, the UNION PLASTIC ES160 is suitable for the high speed production of IML lids or thin-wall IML containers with maximum height up to 93mm.
