SWITEK New 12 cavities flapping take away drink cups's lids picking and pressing system started up for production with the SWITEK high speed 3 axis servo injection robot SW7112DS as the picking robot.

The new designed lids for take away cups has a flapping cover to have the straw holes of the lids covered up to prevent the leakage of the drinks during delivery. It's now a very popular design among the big brands like Burger King, Starbucks. The function of the newly installed system is to pick the lids out and have flapping cover well bressed and stacked on the conveyor for packing.

Picked by SWITEK 3 axis servo high speed injection robot, the total cycle time would be around 6.5~7s depends on the injection cycle. The injection molding machine in the vidoe is Aotai 420T high speed injection molding machine, the counter part of it would be Haitian MA450F, Yizumi PAC430K3, HMD 428M8-SPV, JINYING 410T high speed injection molding machine for a 12 cavities solutions.
