The injection molding machine for plastic pallet production generally is around 2100~2500T. In this project LK have their FA2500 two platen injection molding machine as the turn-key solution with a heavy duty injection robot.

Ningbo LK Technology Co., Ltd. new two platen servo injection molding machine FA2500 installed for the production of plastic pallet with robot picking.

Plastic pallet is an eco-friendly solution in modern logistic compared to the traditional wooden pallet. The injection molding machine for plastic pallet production generally is around 2100~2500T. In this project LK have their FA2500 two platen injection molding machine as the turn-key solution with a heavy duty injection robot.

For an injection molding machine of 2500T for plastic pallet, the payload of the injection robot should be at least 50kg, it's better to be with a servo posture to provide a more stable and reliable placing of the pallet. The robot available could be SWITEK 3 Axis servo heavy injection robot SW7725DS which has a payload up to 50kg and A/C servo optional.
